Kyle Bruer Joins Falcon National Bank as Commercial Lender and Business Banker in Ham Lake

Ham Lake, MN, August 24, 2026  — Falcon National Bank is pleased to announce that Kyle Bruer has joined the bank as a Commercial Lender and Business Banker serving the Ham Lake market. With 35 years of experience across commercial lending, equipment finance, dealership finance and other areas of banking, Bruer brings a broad range of industry knowledge and expertise in structuring financing solutions for local businesses. 

Throughout his career, Bruer has held a variety of roles within financial services, beginning as a teller and later gaining experience in post-closing loan file review, consumer lending, home equity lending, floorplan and inventory financing, commercial truck and trailer lending, equipment finance, loan brokerage and dealership finance. His experience in equipment finance has included developing vendor relationships, working across diverse industries and mentoring others in the field. 

Bruer brings particular expertise in understanding the unique dynamics of different industries and structuring deals to meet the needs of individual businesses. His broad background allows him to look beyond a single financing need to understand the larger goals and opportunities of the businesses he serves.

He has also been an at-large voting member of the Hamel Rodeo Committee for 17 years and has spent 15 years volunteering with Habitat for Humanity’s Brush with Kindness program, serving as a planning committee member and construction and landscaping leader. He also volunteers as a building and grounds maintenance leader for his church.
