Falcon National Bank Welcomes Greg Schultz as Market President for Ham Lake

Ham Lake, MN — July 1, 2026 — Falcon National Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Greg Schultz as Market President for its Ham Lake branch.

As Market President, Schultz will lead the Ham Lake team while providing commercial lending and business banking services to businesses and individuals throughout the north metro. He will focus on building a high-performing team, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding Falcon National Bank's presence and impact throughout the Ham Lake community.

Schultz brings more than 26 years of banking experience spanning mortgage lending, retail banking, retail banking management, branch leadership, and commercial banking.

Prior to joining Falcon National Bank, Schultz held leadership roles across multiple areas of banking, giving him a broad understanding of retail, mortgage, and commercial financial services. He also proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, an experience he credits with helping him connect with people from diverse backgrounds, build strong relationships, and find solutions that benefit everyone involved.

An active community leader, Schultz has served on the Board of Directors for the Monticello Area Chamber of Commerce, was a Chamber Ambassador for both the Elk River and Monticello Chambers of Commerce and served for two years on the Elk River YMCA Board of Directors.
