What do I need to know?

  • We have a new system, so instructions for logging in to online banking will be different for the first time. Please see details below.
  • Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) and Cash Management users will now enter the system through online banking. The previous URL links for RDC and Cash Management will no longer work.

Online Banking Access for Personal Accounts:  
Falcon National Bank and Community Pride Bank consumer customers:

  • You will need to use your Netteller ID Number as the User ID in the new online banking system. Your Netteller ID Number was mailed out to you the week of June 18. If you did not receive this mailing or are unable to locate it, please contact your bank. Once you have entered your Netteller ID Number, you will be prompted to fill out required information prior to creating a new password. Get detailed login instructions here.

State Bank of Richmond customers:

  • Your current User ID will remain your User ID in the new online banking system. Once you enter your User ID, you will be prompted to complete personal information. Once your info is verified you will be required to create new security questions, create a new password and select an image

Online Banking Access for Businesses:  
Falcon National Bank and Community Pride Bank business customers:

  • You will need to use your Netteller ID Number as the User ID in the new online banking system. If you do not know your Netteller ID Number, please contact your bank.
  • You will use a  temporary first time password. This password is the last 4 of your tax EIN.
  • You will then be prompted to complete the required information prompted to change your password.

State Bank of Richmond business customers:  

  • will need to use your current Access ID as the User ID in the new online banking system.
  • You will use a  temporary first time password. This password is the last 4 of your EIN.
  • You will then be prompted to complete the required information and prompted to change your password.

Cash Management and/or Merchant Capture (Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)) users:

  • You will now enter the system through online banking. The previous URLs for RDC and Cash Management will no longer work .
  • Your User ID will be your current user ID plus the last 5 digits of the business’s Netteller ID number. If you do not know your Netteller ID number, please contact us.
  • Your Password will be the last 4 digits of the business’s EIN.

Note: If you are a current Cash Management user, and have both Cash Management and Remote Deposit access, you will now login following the Cash Management instructions above to complete both Cash Management and Remote Deposit transactions
