Falcon National Bank has an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven, up for a challenge, and ready to advance your career! We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator. In this role you will have the opportunity to join our team during the infant stages of building the organizational Salesforce platform. You will understand the system inside and out because you will be immersed in the details from the beginning.

Falcon National Bank has one instance of Salesforce in the Leasing division today. However, the vision for Salesforce is to have the entire organization on one instance to provide a 360-degree view of the customer, driving improved customer experience and internal efficiencies.

Starting day one, you will partner with our Salesforce consultant to train on the current Leasing instance. We will provide you the training necessary to become proficient. Eventually, you will work with the consultant to transition the Leasing instance to Lightning and support the Leasing team in the Salesforce Administrator role. In addition to working with Leasing on the current system, you will partner with our Salesforce consultant assisting in the planning, scope creation, detail requirements gathering, testing, deploying, training, and on-going support of the organizational instance of Salesforce.

Additionally, Falcon National Bank will support your ongoing skill development to move you through the certification ranks of Salesforce. The sky is your limit!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 100+ users and growing.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Serve as Tier 1 support to troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations.
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to create campaigns.
  • Work with product owners and the business to understand their unique needs and develop user stories.
  • Recommend configuration-based approaches to meet business requirements and lead the effort to realize those requirements into production. In cases where code-based development is required, collaborate with developers (consultants) to implement those functions. Gather, create and document current and future business process flows.
  • Gather business, data, reporting and testing requirements, as well as acceptance criteria.
  • Develop test scenarios for UAT testing.
  • Create advanced flows, perform data loading, and install/configure 3rd party apps that allow integration.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
  • Establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
  • Set-up and maintain security parameters.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Create a formal Salesforce training program and procedures for new and current users.
  • Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the consultant.
  • Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Development of a personal plan to continue training to achieve the various certifications for Salesforce with key milestones and dates to achieve the certifications (i.e., ADM211, ADX211 and more).

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
  • Solid technical background, experience managing technical projects, and/or hands-on technical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Salesforce user and administration 2+ years (Certification preferred ADM201 and ADX201).
  • Banking industry experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of HTML preferred.
  • SharePoint Intranet Experience preferred.
