Position Description

The Client Relationship Coordinator works closely with Falcon’s current customers to manage relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Generating additional business with current Falcon National customers
  • Build relationships with key employees among customers
  • Create plans to address clients’ business needs
  • Advise clients on products and services
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
  • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products, including bank products
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
  • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
  • Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them
  • Alerting the sales team of opportunities for further sales within key clients
  • Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Coordinator
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices
  • Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Problem-solving attitude

Required Education and Experience

  • 2-3 years as Client Relations Coordinator preferred
  • 2 years of post-secondary education preferred
  • Experience preferred in leasing
