Falcon National Bank is currently looking for an Executive Leader to join our team as a Chief Sales Officer (CSO).

The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) is the executive responsible for driving Falcon National Bank’s (and all divisions, including Falcon Equipment Finance, and SBA) sales success. The CSO is responsible for strategic sales leadership and revenue delivery for Falcon National Bank across all lines of business. The position will spearhead the sales department’s strategy development, ensuring that initiatives align with Falcon National Bank’s overall vision and drives progress toward the outlined organizational growth goals. The CSO has a responsibility to increase sales revenue through the design and implementation of appropriate strategies for acquiring new customers, retaining, and growing existing ones. This role extends across multiple teams, requiring excellent collaboration and communication skills to create synergies and alignment. The CSO is responsible to create and maintain shared best practices across lines of business and functional areas to maximize revenue production.


  • Design, implement, and manage the business’s sales process, ranging from relationship development to retention and growth.
  • Execute with a view of selling the business’s full relationship to achieve the business’s revenue targets.
  • Responsible to create and maintain alignment and shared best practices across all lines of business and functional areas in order to maximize revenue production
  • Responsible for the implementation of new and well-researched sales initiatives, strategies, and solutions. Sales strategies and tactics should aim to sell each product to the most valuable segment with a focus on generating the most revenue possible.
  • Align marketing activities with sales efforts to achieve the greatest ROI
  • Identify niche markets, create product road maps, customer lifecycle journey to help identify next best product for sales and marketing opportunities.
  • Conduct business analyses, performance analyses, and competitive analyses.
  • Track and review actual sales results, weighing them against the Falcon National Banks strategic initiatives and sales targets determine the effectiveness of sales initiatives and implement necessary changes and solutions.
  • Put measures in place across the sales department for the purpose of forecasting and monitoring sales performance and business compliance.
  • Articulate the results of the analyses in reports, presentations, and recommendations to key stakeholders, including Falcon National Banks Board of Directors.
  • Determine sales growth and revenue targets for the sales department.


  • A degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or any other business-related field.
  • 15 plus years of experience in executive level sale leadership position, managing a combination of Business Banking, Mortgage Banking, SBA, and or Equipment Finance.  With a solid foundation of business management wholistically throughout an organization.
