Falcon National Bank Promotes Piepenburg, Kempenich

ST CLOUD, MINNESOTA, January 11, 2021 - Falcon National Bank recently promoted Kourtney Piepenburg to Chief Digital Officer and Rebecca Kempenich to Chief Marketing Officer. Piepenburg has been with the bank for 5 years and has worked in roles such as: Senior Advisor, Chief Accountability Officer, and VP of Strategic Project Management. Kempenich has been with the bank for 3 years and previously served as VP of Marketing.

As Chief Digital Officer, Piepenburg will be focused on creating new value through the smart use of digital tools, platforms, technologies, services, and processes.

Leading the bank's marketing team, Kempenich's focus, as Chief Marketing Officer, will be on developing a comprehensive marketing and brand strategy that aligns with customer experience standards and delivers against business growth goals.
